Paul Short is Co-Founder and President of Invictus Leadership Inc. With 30+ years of organizational experience, Paul specializes in the fields of organizational change management, corporate culture, organizational design, and leadership development.

Paul is a born-and-bred Hamiltonian. He is a graduate of McMaster University, having earned a Bachelors Degree in Labour Studies. Paul also holds a Masters Degree in Leadership from the University of Guelph.​​

Susan Thompson-Short is a Co-founder of Invictus Leadership Inc. and currently serves as the Director of Administration & Logistics

With 20+ years of financial services sector experience, Susan has exceptionally strong capability in customer service and logistics planning.

Susan is a graduate of Wilfred Laurier University and holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology.

Invictus in latin means "undefeated" or "unconquered". The word conveys both strength and courage. Two traits that are essential for leaders at all levels of the organization - strength of vision, character, capability, and conviction.
